Michel co-founded Arolla Partners and is a Guernsey based independent director with over 25 years of financial services experience. Michel trained with EY Guernsey and qualified as a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA) in 2000. Michel was previously the Managing Director of Ipes Guernsey (2010-2013) and is member of the local branch of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and holds the Diploma in Company Direction along with a BA (Hons) degree in Business Administration from the University of Brighton.

Working with some leading European private equity houses, Michel focuses on providing Director services to private closed ended structures in private equity, venture capital and real estate.
