Lisa is a locally resident highly experienced senior executive with 30 years experience in the international finance industry. With a proven track record combining authentic leadership with strategic planning and corporate governance she has extensive board experience across the fiduciary and fund administration sectors and consistently delivers to senior stakeholders.

Prior to this she has had 15 years of Managing Director experience across multiple business lines of RBC and was jurisdictional Managing Director of RBC Guernsey for the past 6 years until the business moved jurisdiction and the office was closed down. She has 16 years board experience working with private equity closed ended funds which were clients of RBC.

A Chartered Secretary by profession she is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institution and a qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners with a degree in Business and Law.

As well as providing non executive director services Lisa is also available on a consultancy basis given her depth of experience in transformation, sales and acquisitions, and closures.
