Hannah is a Guernsey resident Independent Non-Executive Director with over 20 years’ experience in senior management roles and Boards.

Most recently Hannah was Head of Governance Services for Northern Trust in Guernsey, and has over 20 years business development, senior management, company secretarial, regulatory and business leadership experience gained in a diverse range of sectors, including Law, private equity, venture capital, listed fund and finance administration.

Hannah has been appointed to a variety of Boards in several capacities over the last two decades, enabling her to understand both the technicalities of governance, leadership, commercial pragmatism and the importance of owning and delivering decisions which materially impact the future direction of companies.

Hannah is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and holds a Diploma in Company Direction, an MscIM in International Management and a LLB in Law.
